  • Having worked for five London-based headhunting firms, I am familiar with FileFinder, Ezekia and Invenias. I adapt quickly to different ways of team working and styles of reporting.

  • I have worked on hundreds of searches, and read many thousands of CVs and covering letters. There is no formula: it takes thought and skill to craft an application that interests a panel to want to find out more. When working on searches I enjoy advising candidates about how to present their experience and motivation effectively. Building on this, I now offer support to individuals preparing applications for specific roles, as well as how to maintain a general master CV ready to tailor as opportunities arise.
